UniGo does not directly provide transportation services. Drivers operate independently and are responsible for delivering ride and courier services.
UniGo services may include:
Private rides
Shared rides
Courier deliveries
Large-item delivery services
Service availability may vary depending on location and driver availability.
Drivers using the UniGo platform must ensure that their vehicles:
Are legally registered
Meet roadworthy and safety standards
Have valid license documentation
Are maintained in safe operating condition
UniGo may require documentation or inspections to verify compliance.
Payments for services may be made through the UniGo platform using approved payment methods.
Users agree that:
Prices may vary based on distance, demand, and service type
Payment must be completed before or after service depending on the system setup
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers
UniGo may charge service fees where applicable.
Users may cancel rides or deliveries according to UniGo’s cancellation policies.
Cancellation fees may apply if:
A driver has already accepted the trip
The driver has arrived at the pickup location
The cancellation occurs after a certain time period
All users must behave respectfully and responsibly while using the UniGo platform.
Users must not:
Engage in illegal activities
Harass drivers or passengers
Damage vehicles or property
Misuse the platform
UniGo reserves the right to suspend accounts for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

UniGo is not responsible for:
Actions of drivers or passengers
Delays caused by traffic or other circumstances
Loss or damage to personal items
Accidents or incidents during rides
Users agree that services are used at their own risk.
UniGo collects and processes personal information according to the UniGo Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, users consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
UniGo strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The platform may occasionally experience:
